How to use the hand pump to inflate?
1 Pump for about 4 minutes till it gets enough pressure (almost full shape).
Why is the gauge not moving?
Pressure (getting 70% full and hard), say 4psi. That’s to say, it will begin to register after 4 minutes of pumping.
